Delete your data

1. Ask us to delete it

Email support@paintballbst.com from the email address on your account, say that you want your account deleted, and include your handle — the @name other members see — so we can match the request to the right account. Deletion is handled by hand; there is no self-serve button for it.

If you cannot send from the account email, say so in the message and we will ask for another way to confirm the account is yours. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive attachments to support.

2. What gets deleted

Your account and the personal data attached to it, including your profile, sign-in credentials or linked social identifiers, contact details, listings, saved items, and notification activity.

3. What stays

Some records are kept after an account is deleted, for the reasons described in the Privacy Notice — to maintain marketplace and moderation records, resolve disputes, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. In practice that means:

• Moderation, report, and audit records, which protect other members.
• Records tied to a completed transaction or an unresolved dispute.
• Anything we are required to keep by law.
• Content that forms part of another member’s record — a public discussion others replied to, or a conversation with another member — may stay in place with your account removed from it.

Copies can also survive in routine backups until those backups age out of rotation.

4. How long it takes

We aim to acknowledge your request and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving it. If we need more information to identify the account, that clock starts when you send it.

5. If you signed in with Facebook

You can remove PAINTBALL BST from your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Apps and websites. That disconnects Facebook from your account and stops the sign-in from working, but it does not delete anything here. To have your data deleted, email support@paintballbst.com as described above.
